Business Developer Assistant

About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking a motivated Business Developer Assistant to support its fast‑growing remote staffing platform. You will work directly with the CEO, helping to drive inbound and outbound sales activities, generate qualified meetings, and nurture leads across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email and automation tools.
• Answer inbound calls, qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
• Coordinate AI‑driven outbound calling sequences.
• Maintain CRM data, update the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators.
• Build targeted lead lists with the Virtual LeadGen system.
• Support conferences, networking events and follow‑up communications.
• Book free‑trial interviews with the HR Business Partner and prepare call briefs for the CEO.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with C1‑level English.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with CEOs.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple outreach sequences.
• Passionate about networking, events and growth in sales.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach and email automation tools.
• Familiarity with scraping tools and AI calling technologies.
