Business Development Executive

About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive both inbound and outbound sales activities. You will work directly with the CEO, supporting the company’s growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings with U.S. CEOs.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns using LinkedIn, email and automation tools.
• Answer inbound calls, qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• Coordinate AI‑driven outbound calling sequences and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Build and manage lead lists through the Virtual LeadGen system.
• Support conferences, networking events and follow‑up communications.
• Book free‑trial interviews with the HR Business Partner and prepare call briefs for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with C1‑level English.
• Confident on the phone, organized, fast‑moving and proactive.
• Comfortable managing LinkedIn outreach and email sequences.
• Enjoys networking with CEOs and attending events.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to grow into a senior business development or sales role.
