Business Development Manager – FX/CFD (Colombia)

About the role

D Prime is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its client base and strengthen partnerships in Colombia. You will promote our multi‑asset CFD trading solutions and work closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing markets and acquire clients for our trading solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and affiliates.
• Identify client trading needs and propose suitable brokerage services and platforms.
• Communicate D Prime’s value proposition, trading conditions, and partnership programs.
• Research sales statistics and assess growth opportunities within target markets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, partners, and clients in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, and Support departments.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and platform demonstrations for prospects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within a CFD/Forex brokerage.
• Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify revenue opportunities.
• Target‑driven mindset with experience meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, expos, and industry events.
