Business Development Manager – LATAM

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its expansion across Latin America. You will shape the market strategy, build key relationships, and drive revenue growth for our online trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to increase CFI’s presence in target LATAM markets.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, regulators, partners, and investors.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships that expand the customer base and revenue streams.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regional activities with corporate objectives.
• Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high‑performance local team.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Represent CFI at industry events and conferences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the forex or online trading industry with a proven track record of building and scaling business operations.
• Deep knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and adapt to a fast‑changing environment.
