Business Development Manager Outside Sales

About the role

Force Windows, a supplier of impact‑resistant windows and doors for luxury residential, hospitality, multifamily and commercial projects in the Caribbean and South Florida, is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager – Outside Sales. The role will focus on expanding market presence, building relationships and generating new project opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, developers, contractors and owners.
• Generate leads, secure project specifications and manage the sales pipeline.
• Attend industry events, networking functions and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate with estimating and project‑management teams.
• Develop strategic partnerships within the construction industry.
• Travel periodically throughout the Caribbean and South Florida.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Existing relationships within the construction industry are a plus.
• Experience selling windows, doors, curtainwall, glazing systems or related building products is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
