Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

DOXA is looking for a relationship‑first Business Development & Partnerships Coordinator to identify and engage ideal clients, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s network. You will use personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels, support speaking opportunities and keep the pipeline organized through a CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target clients, leadership teams, executive forums and professional associations.
• Conduct warm, personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels to introduce our services.
• Follow up with leads, past clients and referral partners to maintain momentum.
• Support speaking‑engagement outreach by identifying events, conferences and podcasts aligned with the brand.
• Manage a simple CRM to keep outreach organized and ensure no relationship falls through the cracks.
• Draft outreach messages and communication templates that feel personal, not salesy.
• Coordinate introductory calls and schedule discovery conversations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, community building or client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Natural relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Curious, proactive, growth‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for leadership development and genuine professional relationships.
