About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing SaaS‑based Global Employment Platform. In this role you will identify and qualify new leads, generate business opportunities and support the sales team in reaching revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Research and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media and other channels.
- Conduct outbound outreach to educate prospects about our Employer of Record services and schedule meetings or demos.
- Qualify leads, gather key information and assess their potential as customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead‑generation strategies and build a robust pipeline.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and market conditions.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, scheduled meetings and revenue.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
