Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our fast‑growing, international team. In this remote, full‑time position you will be the front‑line of our sales engine, generating new business opportunities and feeding qualified leads to the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media.
• Identify, qualify and segment potential clients based on fit and needs.
• Schedule discovery meetings for senior sales reps and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up to build strong relationships with prospects.
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Professional level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hunter mindset with a proactive, persistent and goal‑driven attitude.
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and targets.
• Strong objection‑handling and persuasion abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot (required) and Salesforce (a plus).
