Business Development Representative - U.S. Market

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting for our U.S. sales team. This consultative role focuses on building trust with business owners and senior decision‑makers, nurturing relationships, and setting qualified appointments without high‑pressure tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate personalized outreach to U.S. prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Research companies and decision‑makers to tailor messaging and improve engagement.
• Generate and qualify opportunities, maintaining a consistent pipeline.
• Monitor engagement signals and follow up with contextual, timely communication.
• Schedule qualified meetings when interest aligns with sales readiness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs and pipeline visibility.
• Meet weekly outreach and meeting‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales development, business development or lead generation.
• Proven success with cold‑calling and building pipelines.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Strong curiosity, emotional intelligence and persistence.
• Organized, process‑oriented and able to handle rejection professionally.
