Business Development Representative – US Staffing Services

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to expand our US staffing services portfolio. You will work remotely from Colombia, prospecting new clients, conducting discovery calls, and closing agreements that connect businesses with top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 5‑7 qualified appointments per week with decision‑makers in US companies.
• Conduct full discovery calls, present our value proposition, and close Master Service Agreements.
• Maintain outreach activity and pipeline using Apollo and AirCall.
• Craft personalized follow‑up emails and voicemail messages.
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership on client correspondence.
• Participate in weekly KPI review calls and stay updated on service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in US‑based staffing (direct‑hire, contract, or temporary).
• Proven track record of outbound lead generation and appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal English with a neutral accent for client‑facing calls.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet daily targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Apollo for prospecting and pipeline management.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with AirCall or similar dialer platforms.
