Business Development Specialist – Agency Recruitment & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive the recruitment and growth of social‑entertainment and livestreaming agencies for MICO WORLD. Working remotely, you will act as the key liaison between our platform and agencies, helping them onboard and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit social‑entertainment and livestreaming agencies via social media, online communities, networking and market outreach.
• Present platform policies and cooperation opportunities to prospective agencies.
• Manage the onboarding process and monitor post‑onboarding performance to ensure growth.
• Conduct regular competitor research on product features, operational strategies and policy updates.
• Provide recommendations for policy optimisation and operational improvements based on market insights.
• Deliver agency training, update training materials and support agencies continuously.
• Collaborate with international teams across different time zones.

Required profile

• Innovative mindset with strong learning ability.
• Target‑oriented and results‑driven with solid execution skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable working in cross‑cultural and cross‑timezone environments.
• Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
• Experience in livestreaming, creator economy, social‑entertainment apps, agency operations or business development is preferred.
• Stable internet connection and reliable remote work schedule.
