Business Development Specialist – Mobile App Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to accelerate the growth of our mobile app ecosystem, focusing on expanding watch applications on AppGallery. The role combines commercial strategy, technology insight, and project coordination to deliver a seamless experience for published mobile apps.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market trends and popular consumer apps to onboard new watch apps onto AppGallery, directly supporting product sales.
• Oversee and maintain the user experience of existing mobile apps in AppGallery, ensuring smooth, issue‑free operation.
• Build strategic relationships, manage key stakeholders, negotiate commercial agreements, and foster win‑win partnerships with external clients and executive leadership.
• Analyze industry trends, evaluate market opportunities, and monitor competitive vendor landscapes to draft and execute growth plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and without risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software customer business development, commercialization cooperation, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience in software development or testing and project management.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and proven ability in commercial negotiation and market analysis.
