Business Operations & AI Transformation Lead

About the role

Own the changes that make a growing healthcare business run better – from identifying workflow bottlenecks to implementing AI‑enabled solutions and helping teams adopt them. You will work across operations, clinical services, scheduling, provider management, finance and customer success to uncover inefficiencies and implement smarter ways of operating.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders and frontline teams to map real workflows, identify bottlenecks and redesign processes for higher productivity, accuracy and speed.
• Identify practical AI, automation and low‑code opportunities, prototype lightweight solutions and collaborate with engineering or data teams for more sophisticated implementations.
• Analyze operational data, define KPIs, build dashboards, scorecards and training materials, and own improvement initiatives from discovery through measurement and optimization.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, business analytics or technology‑driven process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a bias toward execution and high ownership.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar business processes and work directly with both leaders and frontline employees.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, dashboards and modern productivity/automation platforms (Power BI, Zapier, Make, n8n, low‑code tools).
• Familiarity with SQL and building lightweight internal tools or workflow automation.
