Business Systems Manager

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee technology strategy and operations across its Latin America region. The role will align regional IT services with global standards while supporting the company’s mission to improve patient mobility worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of IT capabilities throughout Latin America.
• Manage regional demand, project portfolios, resource allocation, and operational budgets.
• Coordinate infrastructure and application support, vendor relationships, and governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security policies, and change‑control standards.
• Promote standard methodologies while adapting solutions to local cultural, regulatory, and operational needs.
• Develop and document IT processes, drive service optimization, and support talent development within the region.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing IT functions across multiple countries.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Deep understanding of Latin American operational, cultural, and regulatory contexts.
• Track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and business‑aligned technology outcomes.
