Campaign Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Campaign Manager to own the end‑to‑end success of a portfolio of client accounts. You will turn strategy into consistent execution, handling everything from planning to performance iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts end‑to‑end, including communication, campaign planning, content direction, scheduling and execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, iterate on campaigns, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams using tools such as Notion, Slack and dashboards.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a client‑facing, customer support, or campaign management role.
• Clear and confident communication with clients.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple accounts.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to close loops.
• Comfortable working with Notion, Slack, dashboards and campaign execution platforms.
• Experience using AI tools and creating UGC content for TikTok (highly appreciated).
