Canva & Marketing Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Canva & Marketing Virtual Assistant to support U.S.-based real estate and legal firms. This remote, full‑time position blends design, social media management, and marketing coordination in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality marketing assets using Canva, including flyers, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Create and schedule engaging social media graphics, reels, carousels, stories, and promotional content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop social media content calendars and assist with strategy, audience engagement, and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms and coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely delivery.
• Support administrative tasks such as CRM updates, content organization, and marketing reporting.
• Research industry trends and competitors to refine marketing approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Canva Specialist.
• Advanced proficiency with Canva and strong visual design sense.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Experience working remotely with U.S. clients.
