Career Coach (Part‑Time)

About the role

TripleTen is looking for a part‑time Career Coach to help 150‑200 students and graduates become job‑ready in tech fields. You will work in a group setting, provide one‑on‑one office hours, and lead workshops that guide learners through the job‑search process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150‑200 students, offering group coaching and individual office hours as needed.
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios and cover letters, delivering feedback within 24 hours.
• Conduct mock HR and cultural‑fit interviews and assess performance using internal guidelines.
• Track student progress in internal systems, flagging disengagement or delays early.
• Facilitate community channels, share job‑market insights and practical guidance.
• Host webinars, career events and support the development of career workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve career services.
• Provide timely, solution‑oriented feedback and maintain structured records.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a career coach, recruiter, HR professional or hiring manager.
• Strong understanding of the US job market, hiring practices and cultural nuances.
• Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
