Cash Management Specialist

About the role

The Offshore Cash Management Specialist executes and manages daily cash transfers across a complex network of bank accounts and institutions to ensure financial efficiency for Heirloom’s multi‑entity luxury short‑term rental portfolio. The role maintains proper cash positioning to support payroll, vendor payments, property expenses, tax obligations and debt service. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven and comfortable operating within internal controls while handling sensitive financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily intercompany transfers across multiple bank accounts and entities according to approved cash plans.
• Monitor account balances to guarantee adequate liquidity for payroll, vendor payments, property expenses, tax payments and debt service.
• Maintain daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of each transaction.
• Coordinate with accounting and leadership to anticipate funding requirements and operational cash demands.
• Initiate transfers following documented internal‑control procedures and approval workflows.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close by providing cash movement documentation and reconciliation support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 24+ years of experience in cash management, banking operations or accounting.
• Experience supporting U.S.–based companies and working with multiple bank accounts and multi‑entity environments.
• Strong understanding of cash‑flow management principles and experience with ACH, wire and intercompany transfers.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with U.S. banking platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
