About the role

Join a dynamic team that supports airline and airport dining operations across the Caribbean and Latin America. As a Cashier/Waiter you will play a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the assigned VPS (Value-Performance System) and complete all required documentation for the shift supervisor.
• Generate FPY (First Pass Yield) reports according to Lean Manufacturing parameters.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and processes established for the area.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to follow structured processes and report results accurately.

Required skills

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of FPY reporting.
