Client Operations Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance lead‑generation company focused on the legal vertical. As a Client Operations Manager you will own the full client lifecycle, from contract signing to the delivery of high‑intent personal injury leads, ensuring seamless campaign launches and top‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for law‑firm clients and wholesale partners, managing all client‑facing communication.
• Drive campaign launch processes, translating sales paperwork into operational lead delivery.
• Own technical lead distribution using LeadDistro, configuring routing logic, filters, caps, integrations and performing daily QA/QC.
• Resolve lead‑quality disputes by reconciling delivery data with client records and applying credit policies.
• Lead a small team (Account Manager and Admin Support) to maintain a high‑velocity operating cadence.
• Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for campaign status and update SOPs as products evolve.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and call centers to monitor volume, pacing and quality.

Required profile

• Data‑driven operator with strong analytical mindset.
• Proven experience managing client relationships in a performance‑marketing or lead‑generation environment.
• Ability to lead a small team and drive operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
