About the role
Join Job Duck as a Client Services Receptionist, the welcoming voice and first point of contact for our clients. This fully remote, full‑time position supports daily operations, schedules appointments, and assists with light marketing tasks while offering growth into intake, sales, and marketing support.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and serve as the primary client contact.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Gather initial client information and conduct basic intake tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage communication volume, especially on high‑traffic days.
- Coordinate consultation calls and support future sales activities.
- Assist with light marketing and social‑media tasks as responsibilities expand.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience as a receptionist.
- Strong verbal communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent scheduling and organizational abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and respectful, professional conduct.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to adapt to added responsibilities.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and following up.
- Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment with reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
