About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist at CSI (CooperSurgical) enhances the clinical use of the CSI portfolio through hands‑on training, workshops, and expert guidance in biopsy and vitrification. The role blends technical support with strong customer relationship building to ensure optimal product performance and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute in‑clinic, hands‑on training sessions for customers, delivering tailored demonstrations of the CSI portfolio.
• Create local "embryo care projects" that generate in‑clinic data, testimonials, and business cases.
• Provide specialist guidance on biopsy practices and conduct vitrification training to build customer confidence.
• Assist customers with product evaluations, optimization projects, and troubleshooting to minimize disruptions.
• Develop and manage a Clinical Application Scientist consultancy program to maximize laboratory performance.
• Deliver product training and technical support to regional CooperSurgical distributors.
• Act as a knowledge repository, facilitating workshops, sharing best practices, and contributing to publications, white papers, and scientific communications.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships, capturing feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering clinical training and support within a reproductive‑medicine or medical‑device environment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Track record of developing customer‑focused projects that generate measurable outcomes.
