About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist at CooperSurgical enhances the clinical use of the CSI portfolio through hands‑on training, workshops, and expert guidance in biopsy and vitrification. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑clinic training sessions and create local embryo‑care projects that generate data, testimonials and business cases.
• Provide specialist guidance and training in biopsy practices and vitrification, ensuring customers are proficient.
• Support customers in product evaluations, optimization projects and troubleshooting to maximize CSI product efficiency.
• Develop and deliver consultancy programs, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for both customers and internal teams.

Required profile

• More than 7 years of senior‑level embryology experience with a strong reputation in the field.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, confident speaker and networker.
• Collaborative, adaptable and able to work harmoniously across regional teams.

Required skills

• Embryology techniques, including biopsy and vitrification.
• Hands‑on training and workshop facilitation.
• Knowledge of the CSI product portfolio and its clinical applications.
