Clinical Science Liaison – Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) – Colombia

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) to support a global clinical development program focused on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), a rare and life‑threatening disease. Based in Colombia and working remotely across Latin America, the CSL will act as the scientific and operational bridge between investigators, trial sites and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical trial sites in Colombia, Chile and Mexico and the global study team.
• Support study start‑up activities, including Site Initiation Visits, investigator engagement and early trial planning.
• Drive patient recruitment, enrollment and retention, helping sites overcome enrollment barriers and ensure protocol adherence.
• Facilitate collaboration among investigators, study coordinators, CROs, Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs.
• Contribute to the execution of Phase II/III trials and monitor site performance.

Required profile

• Individual contributor with a strong interest in rare diseases and clinical development.
• Experience working with clinical trial sites or in a similar scientific liaison role.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based environment across multiple Latin American markets.
• Excellent communication skills to engage investigators and key opinion leaders.
