CMS Author (Remote) – Web Content Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a CMS Author to join our Digital Content team and support key digital marketing initiatives across multiple websites and brands. The role focuses on creating, optimizing, and publishing web content while ensuring a seamless user experience and strong performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain website content within CMS platforms.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source, edit, and publish copy, images, and videos.
• Implement SEO recommendations to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Support website launches, migrations, and new functionality rollouts.
• Troubleshoot CMS‑related issues alongside developers.
• Develop and maintain publishing guidelines and best practices.
• Produce site maps and documentation of website structure.
• Manage projects and workflows using Agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) – mandatory.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sitecore, Magnolia, or similar.
• Proven track record creating, editing, and publishing website content.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global setting.
