Commercial Client Manager (Remote)

About the role

The Commercial Client Manager will act as the primary liaison between Exactus’ Client Solutions team and commercial project teams. Working fully remotely, you will guide new commercial clients through onboarding, keep them informed throughout project phases, and ensure smooth hand‑offs between internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and welcome new commercial clients, introduce workflow processes and maintain regular status updates.
• Schedule, lead and document project kick‑off calls, and keep the CRM current with project details.
• Track project progress, maintain client protocols, and manage invoice status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal project teams, Operations Manager and vendor partners to deliver site capture reports and resolve client‑facing issues.
• Facilitate vendor communication, review and approve invoices, and update internal vendor trackers.
• Lead client health meetings, collect feedback, and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least one year of experience in a client‑facing role such as customer success, account management or client services.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
