Commercial Intern

About the role

The Commercial Intern will support the sales team by handling administrative and operational tasks, allowing the team to focus on core sales activities. This role involves pre‑sale, sale, and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect analysis and evaluation during pre‑sale activities.
• Research background information and assist in quotation development.
• Create presentations for client meetings and support communication.
• Manage post‑sale instructions for finance and product teams, and address client queries.
• Prepare credit review instructions for new prospects and help develop contracts for new sales.

Required profile

• Final‑semester student in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• University approval for internship (2027‑1).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and act quickly.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Power BI (preferred).
• CRM systems (preferred).
