Commercial Key Account Junior Analyst

About the role

DiDi is looking for a results‑driven Commercial Key Account Junior Analyst to support data‑driven decision‑making across its commercial, operations and product catalog functions. The role will help shape growth strategies through promotions, improve user retention and uncover opportunities that increase customer value using advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial strategies, present them persuasively and convince third‑party partners to adopt them.
• Use performance data and creative insights to persuade partners to increase orders and sales.
• Partner with third‑party brands to identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Analyze trends and purchasing patterns to optimise co‑investment campaigns and promotions.
• Evaluate and design promotional investments, providing data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Monitor key KPIs such as Orders, GMV, Completion Rate, Store Investment and Communication Strategies.

Required profile

• Strong commercial influence and ability to persuade stakeholders.
• Proven data‑analysis capabilities with hands‑on experience in customer and ROI analysis.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Collaborative mindset for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English (100%).
