Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

Yellowpop is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to lead its inbound sales and design teams. The role focuses on ensuring every customer inquiry is processed quickly, professionally, and efficiently while driving continuous improvement of the commercial engine.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the inbound sales team, conducting daily meetings and weekly performance reviews.
• Oversee the design team to guarantee timely quote and design turnaround.
• Monitor HubSpot pipeline, shared inboxes, lead assignment, response times, quote turnaround, opportunity health and SLA compliance.
• Own and improve core metrics such as first‑response time, quote volume, win rate, revenue per rep, pipeline health and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, create SOPs, automate repetitive tasks and optimise HubSpot processes.
• Hire, onboard and train new team members, building a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing an inbound sales or customer‑success team.
• Experience leading at least eight direct reports.
• Strong leadership, coaching and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised, process‑oriented and comfortable working with KPIs and dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, international environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
• Salesforce (or comparable CRM) experience.
• General CRM workflow and automation knowledge.
