Community Engagement & Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Engagement & Social Media Strategist to boost brand visibility and audience interaction for our real‑estate and mortgage brands. The role goes beyond scheduling posts; you will monitor industry conversations, engage with communities, and turn insights into strategic actions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social platforms, industry publications and online communities to identify trends, competitor activity and content opportunities.
• Engage with comments, mentions, direct messages and industry discussions, building relationships with agents, partners and influencers.
• Develop and recommend organic social media initiatives that support brand awareness, recruiting and retention goals.
• Manage content calendars, schedule and publish across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X (Twitter).
• Track engagement, audience growth and performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations for marketing leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience handling multiple social platforms for a brand.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and social listening best practices.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to adapt to brand voice.
• Organizational skills to manage content collection, calendars and reporting.
