Compensation Analyst (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Compensation Analyst to join its Human Resources team on a fully remote basis. You will play a key part in designing and maintaining competitive salary structures, supporting talent acquisition, and ensuring fair compensation practices across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades.
• Provide compensation resources and tools that aid recruiting, reward, and talent retention efforts.
• Deliver market research and salary benchmarking data as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
• Relevant experience in compensation analysis or similar HR roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
