Concierge Coordinator

About the role

UJV is seeking a Concierge Coordinator to support luxury travel advisors by arranging post‑booking services for high‑end clients. You will handle transportation, excursions, yachts, helicopter rides and other premium experiences to ensure an unforgettable vacation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Concierge team by promptly answering client inquiries and arranging services such as spa appointments, restaurant reservations, and travel connections.
• Manage relationships with Destination Management Companies, excursion providers, and transfer services to generate revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the Concierge team to deliver a personalized client approach.
• Verify that all bookings are accurate and error‑free to guarantee a smooth guest experience.
• Act as a destination specialist to create memorable and exciting itineraries.

Required profile

• Professional written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent time‑management, organizational, customer‑service and interpersonal abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry or a related field.
• Comfortable handling telephone calls and managing stressful situations.
• LatAm‑based candidates are welcome; non‑US candidates will work under an independent‑contractor agreement.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Google tools.
• Experience with reservation management systems.
