Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Construction Project Manager to support the construction and engineering operations of a U.S.-based company. The role is fully remote and requires strong coordination with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while handling technical drawings and project management tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day construction project activities remotely.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret CAD drawings, construction plans, and technical documentation.
• Support project tracking, scheduling, and documentation management within project management platforms.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and vendor follow‑ups, flagging bottlenecks early.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation and communication.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and terminology.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with vendors and subcontractors.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting CAD/construction drawings.
