Construction Project Manager – Onsite in Colombia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in Colombia. The role requires proactive leadership, strategic planning and disciplined execution from planning through to hand‑over, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review project status, schedules, documentation and field progress to identify risks, delays and required actions.
• Maintain and update project schedules and look‑ahead plans, resolving conflicts and ensuring resources, materials and subcontractors are ready.
• Track action items, decisions and deadlines, coordinating with project teams and documenting follow‑up.
• Prepare client and leadership reports, meeting summaries and action logs, driving issues to resolution.
• Interpret construction drawings, scopes of work and project documentation to guide field operations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management with direct commercial construction exposure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, analyze schedules, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills for concise updates and stakeholder engagement.
