Consultant - Bain, McKinsey, BCG

About the role

We are looking for a post‑sale Consultant to own a portfolio of multi‑unit restaurant and franchise accounts. You will drive adoption, retention and growth of Loop’s AI‑powered restaurant intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of accounts from go‑live onward, managing implementation, onboarding and configuration.
• Transform messy operational and financial data into actionable insights and conduct regular business reviews.
• Monitor account health, identify risks early and lead renewal and expansion efforts in partnership with Customer Success, Sales and Revenue Operations.
• Triage and resolve customer escalations by gathering evidence from billing, Salesforce, call history and product data.
• Act as the voice of the customer with product and engineering teams, translating pain points into prioritized product feedback.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience at Bain, McKinsey, BCG or a comparable top‑tier strategy firm (hard requirement).
• Comfortable owning end‑to‑end customer relationships and accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, able to build clean models or reconciliations and defend numbers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
