Consultant – C# / PL/SQL / Oracle (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant with strong C#, PL/SQL and Oracle expertise to join our Energy Software Solutions team in Bogota. The role involves implementing, customizing and supporting enterprise applications for clients in the energy and gas sector, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain applications using C# (.NET Framework/Core).
• Write, optimize and tune complex PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages in Oracle.
• Analyze client requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business processes.
• Support build, version upgrades, patches, bug fixes and client‑specific enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with QA, Product and Client Services teams and participate in client meetings.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in C#/.NET development.
• Strong expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle database performance tuning.
• Experience with application debugging and production support.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
