Consultor Regional Senior de Beneficios (LATAM)

About the role

The Senior Regional Benefits Consultant will support the Latin America Regional Benefits Management Leader in coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and ensuring service delivery meets client-specific requirements across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Track RBM team account assignments, monitor timesheets and recommend account rebalancing.
• Develop and coordinate an annual training plan, delivering at least one session per quarter and supporting onboarding for new hires.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the LATAM RBM value proposition and pricing tools.
• Maintain a library of engagement letters, SOWs and support resolution of missing agreements.
• Track TPP activity, manage service escalations and coordinate consulting projects for clients and prospects.
• Assist local Mercer and Marsh operations in expanding the “Multilatinas export” business.
• Organize tracking of prospects, proposals, sales and portfolio revenues handled by the RBM team.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in employee benefits.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Portuguese is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits in key Latin American countries.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Experience working with multinational corporate clients.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
