Consumer Services Marketing Account Director

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Consumer Services Marketing Account Director to lead a portfolio of 4‑6 lead‑generation focused accounts in sectors such as home services, education, finance and hospitality. The role centers on improving lead quality, CPL and cost‑per‑acquisition while collaborating closely with client sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to diagnose growth constraints and optimise targeting, creative and measurement.
• Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to identify audience, product, messaging and channel issues that affect lead quality and funnel conversion.
• Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
• Partner with client sales/operations to define high‑quality leads and embed that definition into campaign execution.
• Manage client relationships, QBRs, retention, expansion and MRR growth while coaching analysts and specialists.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in lead‑generation or consumer services marketing, either agency or in‑house.
• Deep understanding of lead‑funnel economics (CPL, lead‑to‑opportunity rate, cost‑per‑acquisition, LTV).
• Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts and of shifting focus from lead volume to lead quality.
• Experience working with sales‑enabled clients and aligning marketing tactics to their closing capabilities.

Required skills

• AI technologies and proprietary platforms (Nova, Iris, Power Circuit, Pulse).
• Paid search, paid social and SEO, including local SEO and Google My Business.
• Lead‑generation strategy, audience targeting and performance measurement.
