Content Creator & Social Media Manager

About the role

Higher Options is seeking a creative and organized Content Creator & Social Media Manager to produce engaging content for US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and combines content production, video editing, and social media management to keep brand pipelines active.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish high‑quality posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
• Produce short‑form videos for reels, TikToks, stories, ads and campaign assets.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement and maintain an active presence.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar and pipeline.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts and copy in English and Spanish.
• Identify trends and adapt formats to each brand’s voice.
• Coordinate with designers, clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Review basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Support broader marketing initiatives such as paid media, email and content planning when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong writing skills in both languages.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines independently.
• Basic understanding of social media strategy, analytics and audience engagement.
