Content Creator Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing startup seeking a remote Content Creator Specialist who will own the strategy and execution of content that drives organic traffic, social engagement, AI citations, and qualified leads. You will work closely with the marketing team and have full access to leading AI tools to accelerate your workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality content across formats – blog posts, lead magnets, social assets, videos, graphics, email copy – aligned with SEO and AEO best practices.
• Develop and execute content strategies to grow organic traffic, social engagement, and AI citation visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).
• Build gated lead‑magnet assets that convert traffic into qualified organic leads.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, paid media, PR, and design teams to ensure content supports broader marketing goals.
• Leverage AI tools to scale production while maintaining brand voice and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, citations, leads) and iterate based on data.
• Stay current on SEO/AEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI search behavior.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating SEO/AEO‑focused content.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities independently.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort working through ambiguity.
• Effective collaboration and communication in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
• Hands‑on experience using AI content tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to work full‑time remotely as an independent contractor for a US‑based company.
