About the role

The Construction Site Coordinator will work full‑time on‑site in Bogota, overseeing daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This position requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, suppliers, and clients to keep communication clear and decisions timely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work teams and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and report milestones, issues, and resource needs to management and stakeholders.
• Review technical drawings, organize materials and equipment, and resolve operational problems.
• Ensure adherence to local building regulations and company procedures throughout all construction phases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction project coordination and on‑site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and basic structural or architectural concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software to track schedules, resources, and progress.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
