Corporate Attorney

About the role

SLB is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support its global corporate structure and ensure compliance with local regulations, global policies, and best practices. The role involves providing legal advice to business lines and geo‑units across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and enforce the SLB corporate structure rationale.
• Provide corporate advisory support while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee usage of CEM platforms and maintain consistent recording methods.
• Maintain up‑to‑date director and officer appointments for all SLB entities.
• Observe local filing requirements and manage corporate document lifecycles, including shareholder and board resolutions.
• Administer legal entity databases and minute books (both hard copy and electronic).
• Support corporate restructuring projects such as M&A, entity registrations, de‑registrations, share and asset transfers, and demergers.
• Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to meet filing deadlines and statutory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Relevant experience in corporate law, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local corporate filing requirements and governance standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
