Corporate Trainer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to develop and coach Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will design learning experiences, embed AI tools into training, and ensure talent is ready to support fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Design and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage high‑volume cross‑functional communication, ensuring assistants are matched and performing at a high level.
• Leverage AI and automation tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and implement workflow automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent C2 English (written and spoken) with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
