Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower talent with the skills and AI‑driven tools they need to succeed with fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach Executive Assistants through live sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and one‑on‑one coaching.
• Design, build, and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure assistants are ready, matched, and performing at high standards.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and implement automations to scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong engagement skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a fast learning mindset.
• Proven ability to use data for insights and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, and high‑ownership attitude.
