Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for high‑impact customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Develop and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, performance monitoring and cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, LMS) to enhance training efficiency and embed AI adoption in daily workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.
