Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

Viva is looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will empower our talent with the skills and AI‑driven tools they need to succeed with fast‑growing startups in the U.S. and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays, and 1:1 coaching to prepare Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Design, update, and maintain curricula, rubrics, playbooks, and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s methodology.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance, and effective cross‑functional communication.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows, coach EAs on AI adoption, and build automations that scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D, or coaching.
• Fluent (C2) English – written and spoken, with engaging communication style.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or LMS platforms.
• Data‑driven mindset: ability to extract insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured, high‑ownership attitude.
