Corporate Trainer – Remote Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Corporate Trainer to design and deliver learning experiences for our Executive Assistants across Latin America. You will combine instructional design, coaching, and AI‑driven automation to prepare talent for our U.S. and Canadian startup clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live training sessions, simulations, role‑plays and 1:1 coaching to ready Executive Assistants for client assignments.
• Develop and update curricula, rubrics, playbooks and other learning resources that reflect Viva’s processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth staffing, high performance and effective cross‑functional communication.
• Leverage AI tools daily, coach assistants on AI adoption, and implement automations that streamline workflows and scale learning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, L&D or coaching.
• Fluent English (C2) with strong verbal and written communication.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/automation tools and a proven ability to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Data‑driven mindset: use metrics to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactive, structured and high‑ownership attitude.

Required skills

• AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Automation platforms like Zapier.
• Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
