CPFR Specialist

About the role

The CPFR Specialist will serve as the key liaison between Opella, internal cross‑functional teams, and distributors across the Partner Markets cluster. You will drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) practices to boost forecast accuracy, improve sell‑in and sell‑out visibility, and enhance overall supply‑chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, expansion, and continuous improvement of the CPFR model with priority distributors.
• Train distributor teams on Opella’s core planning model, ensuring consistent CPFR routines, governance standards, and data quality.
• Align and challenge distributor sell‑out projections by integrating market trends, historical demand, statistical inputs, and commercial intelligence.
• Provide supply visibility, including constraints, recovery plans, replenishment capabilities, regulatory risks, and service disruptions.
• Anticipate risks, reduce inventory inefficiencies, increase fill rate, and strengthen collaborative planning between Opella and its partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in collaborative planning, forecasting, or replenishment within a multi‑country supply‑chain environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market data, historical demand, and commercial insights.
• Excellent communication skills to train and influence distributor teams.
• Ability to work across internal functions and external partners to drive process maturity.
