Creative Project Manager

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a highly organized Creative Project Manager to drive multiple creative initiatives across its LATAM network. You will act as the bridge between creative teams and cross‑functional stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of creative projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial status.
• Handle large datasets, create reports, and build pivot tables for data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand workflows and ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a creative or advertising setting.
• Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English (B2+ – C1 level).
• Experience working with creative teams and understanding their processes.

Required skills

• Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Advanced data management and reporting, including large databases.
• Excel proficiency, especially pivot tables.
• Budget tracking and financial reporting.
