Creative Services Manager

About the role

The Creative Services Manager leads the global creative team within Worldpanel by Numerator’s Global Marketing Center of Excellence. Based in the Bogota office, this hybrid role translates strategic inputs from product, regional, and thought‑leadership teams into on‑brand visual assets that bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global creative direction for the Worldpanel by Numerator brand across campaigns, thought‑leadership pieces and commercial materials.
• Lead the end‑to‑end creative process from intake, scoping and design through feedback and final delivery.
• Provide hands‑on design support for high‑impact assets such as presentations, infographics, digital and print collateral, event visuals and video assets.
• Manage the creative request workflow, prioritizing work, allocating resources and tracking timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for Regional, Product, Storytelling and Thought‑Leadership teams, ensuring request completeness and feasibility.
• Maintain and evolve the global brand toolkit, acting as brand guardian to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Oversee final production, file delivery and packaging for digital, print and video outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading small design teams and managing multi‑disciplinary creative projects.
• Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage intake, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional marketing, product and operations teams.
